Joe started his sausage making journey over 40 years ago and brought that knowledge to what we call “the shop” over 30 years ago.
Joe’s Smokin Recipe is family owned and run. You are met in receiving by Joe’s wife Ann or Joe’s daughter Rhea and son in law Michael, and of course the grandkids, Grace, Olivia and the new member Sawyer. And if you’re lucky the man himself!
We have a great crew everybody helps out in one way or another. Even the grandkids are learning all the ways.
